Post-construction cleaning, in four phases
Our core package follows the build from framing to handover. Book all four phases or only the ones your schedule needs, and add window clean-up or a touch-up clean when the job calls for it.

Frame sweep
Right after framing, before insulation and drywall. We clear sawdust, cut-offs, nails, and packaging, sweep and blow out the subfloor, and leave the structure clean for the next crew.

Paint sweep
After drywall and texture, right before the painters arrive. We remove dust from walls, ceilings, ledges, trim, and floors so paint goes on clean and stays clean.

Rough clean
After the trades finish and flooring is installed. We haul out debris, vacuum and mop every floor, wipe cabinets, counters, sills, and trim, and clean the glass so the home looks finished for the first internal quality assessment walk or the first homeowner walkthrough.

Final clean
Once quality assessment is finished and punch-list items are closed out. A top-to-bottom detail clean: cabinets inside and out, fixtures and appliances, glass and frames, baseboards, closets, and a full floor finish. This is the clean for the final stages: homeowner walks, orientation, and handing over the keys.

Construction window clean-up
Stickers, paint overspray, silicone, and stucco splatter removed from new glass, frames, and tracks, inside and out. Schedule it early, right after stucco and interior paint, or at a later stage; you choose the timing.

Do you remove paint overspray, stickers, and silicone from new windows?
Yes. Construction window clean-up is an optional add-on that covers manufacturer stickers, paint and stain overspray, silicone and caulk, stucco and mortar splatter, and dust in tracks and frames, inside and out.
Do you work with general contractors on multi-unit or repeat projects?
Yes. We quote per project or per unit and can schedule all four phases across a build. Ask about a standing arrangement if you have ongoing work.
Do you offer recurring maintenance for homeowners?
Yes. Window cleaning, floor cleaning, garage floor cleaning, and home maintenance cleans are available as one-time visits or on a recurring schedule.
